I. Eligible Refund Situations
You may apply for a refund if any of the following applies:
1. Personal cancellation within the required notice period (see refund schedule below).
2. Force majeure — typhoons, government-ordered closures, etc. — preventing service delivery.
3. Confirmed company-side inability to provide vehicle or service.
II. Refund Schedule

III. Refund Process
1. Contact customer service to apply
Within the eligible refund period, contact customer service and provide:
• Booker's name and phone
• Original booking date and time
• Reason for refund
2. Review processing
We complete review within 1–3 business days and notify you of the result. We will contact you if additional documents are needed.
3. Refund completion
• Credit card payments: Refund to original card, approximately 7–14 business days (depending on issuing bank).
• Bank transfer payments: Provide account details — refund within 7 business days.
