Consumer Rights & Non-Member Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing our charter and related services. To help you understand our service standards and protections, we have summarized the following terms. We want you to book with confidence and ride with peace of mind.

We use a no-membership system — no registration required to book. Completing a reservation, payment, or using our services indicates that you understand and agree to the following.

I. Our Commitment to Consumers

1. Legal, protected service

All charter and transfer services comply with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant transportation regulations. Vehicles and drivers hold legal operating registration and insurance — ride without worry.

2. Clear information and transparent pricing

Service details, pricing, cancellation policy, and additional fees are clearly communicated at booking so you can make informed decisions.

3. Flexible cancellation and refund policy

Reasonable flexibility for cancellations. For force majeure (natural disasters or government orders), you may reschedule or receive a full refund. See Refund Policy & Application Process for details.

4. Respect and protection of your personal data

Personal data is used only for booking, contact, and invoicing as necessary, handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act. See Privacy Policy for details.

5. 24/7 customer support

Questions anytime — 24-hour online support before, during, and after your trip for inquiries and emergencies.

II. Non-Member Service Guidelines

1. Ensure accurate booking information

Contact details (name, phone, pick-up location and time, etc.) must be correct. The booker is responsible if incorrect information prevents service delivery.

2. Scope of use and riding rules

• Service applies to the passenger count, itinerary, and time slot specified at booking. Overtime or changes may incur additional fees based on actual circumstances.

• Please follow driver instructions during the ride. No smoking, drinking, or dangerous behavior in the vehicle.

3. Emergency handling

If vehicle issues or traffic delays occur, we will assist and arrange alternatives when possible. Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) may prevent guaranteed on-time arrival — your understanding is appreciated.

4. Disputes handled in good faith

For any service concerns, contact customer service on the day of service. We will coordinate and resolve in good faith.

III. Terms Updates and Applicable Law

1. Terms may change — please check announcements

We may update terms per operational needs. The latest version will be posted on our official website without individual notice.

2. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be subject to the Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
